Mary Morgan Newman

MARY MORGAN NEWMAN | Mary passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family and close friends on July 13, 2010. Preceded in death by her son S. Patrick; and brother Paul Morgan. Survived by her husband Tom; sons John and Mike; brothers Patrick (Rita) and George (Kathy) Morgan; sisters Peggy (Keith) Dyre, Anne (Tom) Mack, Donna (Lynn) Wulf; Paul's wife Mary Anne Morgan; many nephews, nieces, and ""adopted"" family. Born February 7, 1937 to Tom and Alice Morgan in Olivia, MN. Mary graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing in St. Paul, MN. She served in various capacities as a nurse and caregiver, including working with Hospice of Peace. She is a devout Catholic, loving wife, mother and sister. She will be missed by her family and the many friends she loved. Rosary, Sunday, July 18, 6 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver. Funeral Mass, Monday, July 19, 10 AM, Christ the King Catholic Church, 830 Elm St., Denver. Burial at Mt. Olivet following the reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mary's name to the Bus Stop Ministry (for the homeless), 3000 S.
