Mary Jane Pfeifer

Mary Jane Pfeifer of Thornton, Colorado passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 63.

Mary Jane served in the United States Marine Corp. Upon discharge from the Marine Corp, she was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service. She loved humor, music and those closest to her.

Mary Jane is preceded in death by her mother, Mary E. Pfeifer (Dreiling) and father Alvin D. Pfeifer, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Mary Jane is survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins and friends far and near.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, 10:00AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street in Thornton. Committal service will follow at 12:15PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard in Denver.

In honor of Mary Jane, her military flag will be donated and flown on National Holidays at a government building, representing the free spirit of Mary Jane.
