Mary Frances Porter

Mary Frances (Moore) Porter born July 11, 1934 in Crowell, TX died Sunday morning, August 19, 2012 after a fall in her home. She was the daughter of Henry and Eastie (Parkhill) Moore of Planiview, TX She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother. She is survived by her husband Jesse Judson Porter, Jr. for 59 years; her children Ramona (Richard) Berger, David (Gwendolyn) Porter and Randall (Wanda) Porter; 3 grandchildren April and Krissa Porter and Lindsey Berger; one great granddaughter Kaylee Halverson; and sister Ella Sue (Eddie Joe) Harrington.

Mary retired after her long service with Cherry Creek School District. She was a resident of Aurora and Denver for 40 years.

A Memorial Service celebrating Mary’s life will be Thursday, August 23, 1:00 PM at Horan & McConaty, 11150 E Dartmouth Ave, Aurora.

A Committal Service for Mary will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Fort Logan National Cemetery (Staging Area A), Denver, Colorado
