Mary E. Smith

Mary Elizabeth Smith, a longtime Denver resident, who taught at Holy Family High School for 26 years, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 18, 2009 at the age of 85. Mary was born on December 19, 1923 in Casper, WY to James and Nora Hayes. She is preceded in death by her husband, William; siblings, James, Thomas and Kathleen; and beloved daughter, Kathleen Ann Vetter. She is survived by her children, Lynn, Murray, Maureen and Eileen; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
