Mary Torres

Mary F. Torres was born January 16, 1921 in Trinidad, Colorado to Charles Freyta and Eva (Gonzales) Freyta, and passed away March 1, 2016 in Denver, Colorado at age 95. She was preceded in death by her husband Leo L. Torres. Mary is survived by her children, Geneva Hansen and Charles Torres, grandchildren Pamela and Marty, and her great granddaughters, Shaeleen and Selina. She is also survived by many other relatives. On Friday, March 11th, the family will host a lunch from 11AM - 12:30 PM at St. Dominic Catholic Church Parish Hall located at 29th and Federal. During this time, Mary will lie in state in the Church for those that wish to pay their respects. The Funeral Mass will begin at 1PM, and entombment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
