Mary Jo lived a wonderful 90 years. Daughter of Joseph and Norma Casey, Mary Jo moved to Colorado when she was in the second grade. In high school Ed Tynan introduced her to husband Jim Tynan. Mary Jo and Jim shared a beautiful 50 years together, raising 5 children and 13 grandchildren. Family and the church were the center of their lives. Mary Jo continued on another 20 remarkable years past Jim's death and witnessed the birth of 8 great grandchildren. Throughout those 20 years, Mary Jo graced us with her joyful presence, continuing to cook and host Sunday dinners for the whole family until she could barely stand up on her own. Mary Jo loved holidays with family, especially Christmas, when she would spend weeks looking for the perfect gifts for each and every one of her children and grandchildren, but the greatest gifts Mary Jo gave us were the memories of our time spent with her and our family. Mary Jo loved deeply and was deeply loved by those that had the privelege to know her. She continually taught us about love and pain and suffering and how to walk through everything with a smile, laughter, and one daily Coors Light. On Wednesday night Mary Jo went to sleep and on Holy Thursday God finally reunited her with the love of her life. Mary Jo is preceded in death by her Husband: James Thomas Tynan and Parents: Norma & Joseph Casey. Mary Jo is survived by Children: Michael & Angela Tynan, Carol Tynan & Randy Spierings, Peter Tynan, Joan & Vern Johnson, and Mary & Eric Tolley.
