Mary Ann Wallace

Mary Ann Wallace, 88, passed away Dec. 22, 2007 in Denver, Colorado. Ms Wallace was born and raised in Rawlins, Wyoming graduating with the class of 1937. She attended Barnes Business College and subsequently worked as a private secretary for United Airlines, retiring after 37 years of service. For many years she volunteered her secretarial skills for the United Airlines Retirees' Newsletter. Mary Ann loved to travel and circled the globe several times. She also was an avid sports fan and enthusiast actively participating in skiing, tennis, and golf. Ms Wallace was preceded in death by her parents Edna and John Wallace, brother Jack, and a sister Margueirte. She is survived by brother Edward (Marie), Robert (Bobbie), William (Sharon), and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Jan. 7, 2008 at Church of the Risen Christ on 3060 So. Monaco Pkwy. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Church of the Risen Christ. Private burial service will be at a later date in Rawlins.
