Maureen E. Martin, a resident of Aurora, Colorado, passed away January 22, 2004, at Denver Regional Health Care Center after battling injuries from a bus accident. Maureen worked as a contract specialist for the Environmental Protection Agency in Denver as part of a long career with the Federal government. Ms. Martin was born November 23, 1953, in Framingham, Massachusetts, where she received her education and started her government service at Natick Labs. Maureen's brightness and willingness to always help earned her many friends and interests, including the Oklahoma City bombing victim's families who attended both trials, in Denver. Ms. Martin is survived by her father, Edwin and a sister and her husband, Kathy and Wayne Hawkins, all of Framingham; another sister, Gerry Foster of Avon, Massachusetts; and a brother and his wife, Jim and Diana Martin of Henderson, Nevada. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sadie, and a brother, Frank. Memorial Service, Wednesday, 2 p.m., Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S.
