Maxey Eugene Blesh

Maxey ""Gene"" Blesh was born September 1, 1924 in Strong City, Kansas. He died December 13, 2011 in Denver, Colorado. He was 87 years, 2 months and 13 days old. Gene was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Blesh; his mother, Sarah Blesh; his wife, Willie Blesh and his son, Randy Blesh. He is survived by his son Jerry M. Blesh and his daughter-in-law Debbie (Randy) Blesh; his grandchildren Sean, Jesse and Autumn; seven great grandchildren, and his sister Louise Palmer. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 20, at 10:00 AM with a visitation 1 hour before the service at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth, Lakewood. Burial will follow at 11:15 AM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, area ""C"". In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Shriners Hospital for Children C/O El Jebel Temple, 4625 West 50th Avenue, Denver, CO 80212.
