Melvin D. Flowers

Melvin was born on October 22, 1931 to Harry and Arvilla (Else) Flowers. He married Vonnie Dowdy on December 23, 1956, who passed away in 2010. He married Kristin Cave on February 2, 2016.

Melvin is survived by his wife Kristin, his daughter Kim, his son Scott, six grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Cynthia.

Melvin graduated from D.U. and went on to partner in his CPA firm. He had many business and political accomplishments, including being an integral part of establishing the Denver Tech Center.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood Colorado.
