Michael G. ""Mike"" Ames

Michael G. “Mike” Ames passed away on September 13, 2019.

Mike was an amazing husband, son, father, brother and most importantly, papa. Family always came first for Mike and that was his main priority in life. Mike loved sports but the Avalanche always took precedence. Mike was a great cook but was known as a grill master. He will be missed and loved every day.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of thirty-eight years, Bridget. Their oldest son Daniel his wife, Kristin. Their youngest son Sean his wife, Stevie. Their two grandsons, Jackson and Asher. His mother, Norma and his brother, Arthur.

A Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado 80003.
