Michael Clay Boyd

Michael Clay Boyd, age 65, of Denver, Colorado passed away on June 17th 2024. Mike was born on July 16th 1958 to Jim and Mary Boyd. He graduated from Farmington High School in 1976. After graduation he moved to Denver where he attended and graduated from Denver Automotive and Diesel College. While in college he began working part time for Tessco, a small electronics company. Part time turned into 48 years and eventually becoming the owner. In 1978 Mike married Kathy Keller. Together they had four sons, Christopher Boyd, A.J. Boyd(Kelli), Daniel Boyd and Matthew Boyd(Sarah). Mike was a backyard pit master and excellent cook. He made a mean green chili and salsa. He enjoyed working on cars, wood working, gardening and enjoyed being in the mountains. Mike was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Kathy, brother Tom Boyd, sisters Linda Lee, Becky Isaccson(Lynn), Debbie Brown(Duaine), his four sons, grandsons Anthony Boyd, Talon Boyd, granddaughters Rilyne Boyd, Isabella Boyd, Shelby Boyd and many nieces and nephews. His funeral service is scheduled for 10am on June 28th at St Dominic’s Catholic Church, 2905 Federal Boulevard, Denver.
