Michael Scott Hulburt

Michael was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on May 1, 2010. Born October 3, 1987 to Scott F. Hulburt and Brenda E. May both of Colorado. Paternal grandparents are Ginny Hulburt of Kansas, Frank Hulburt of New York, Ed Snyder of Kansas and Lynne Kelly of Littleton; sister, Alyssa E. Hulburt, age 20 Centennial, CO. Michael attended Cherokee Trail High School graduating in 2006. He earned the award of ""Defensive Player of the Year"" in 2005 and 2006, on the Cherokee Trail La Crosse Team. Michael was employed by Metco Landscape, Inc, from June 15, 2006 until his death. Michael enjoyed outdoor activities such as four wheeling in his Jeep, boating, water skiing and camping in the mountains. He adored children, loved to cook, listening to country music and spending time with family and friends. A public visitation will be held from 12-8pm, Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, Colorado. A funeral service will be held at 2pm, Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the Eastern Hills Community Church, 25111 East Smoky Hill Road, Aurora, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at any Key Bank, in care of Michael Hulburt Memorial Fund, Acct. # 765521004190. Michael was an amazing child of God. He will remain in the hearts and memories of his family. He will always be known to his friends as their ""Country Boy.""
