After graduating from South High School in Salt Lake City, Utah, Michael served honorably in the United States Air Force including a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1968-69.
Michael had a career as a Sales Representative in the Electronics Industry for 27 years earning many achievement awards for Top Sales. He then made a career change, earned his degree in Human Services, and worked as a coordinator for the School to Work Alliance Program serving youth with disabilities until his retirement.
Michael enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, scuba diving, long cruises, and rides on his Harley Davidson. He will be remembered for his humor and dedication to his family.
In addition to his wife, Barbara, he is survived by his three sons: Ryan; Jed (Annette); David (Julie); and grandsons Declan, Tiernan, Brendon, Colin, and Keaton.
A service for Michael and internment at Fort Logan National Cemetery will be held at a later date.
