Michelle Tuttle Crossley, 38, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on May 15, 2016 at the Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado. She was born on October 7, 1977 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. On October 7, 2011, she married Brian Crossley after a four-year engagement. She is survived by her husband, her parents Lynn and Marvin Tuttle of Centennial, CO; her grandparents Joanne and Herbert Burgess of Des Moines, IA; her brothers Nicholas (Hayley) of Aurora, CO and Erik of Centennial, CO, her sister Danielle of Denver, CO, and her birth father Dr. Martin Koenigsberg of Fair Lawn, New Jersey. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nephews, cousins and many special friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents Gwen and Marvin Tuttle, Sr. Michelle graduated from Smoky Hill High School and was employed by Assurance Risk Managers for 17 years in an administrative support role. Whoever came into contact with Michelle, whether through work or play, knew of her care and love for people and her heart of gold. She was renowned among family and friends as a designer purse aficionado, for her obsession with Starbucks and for anything designed with skulls and crossbones. Michelle was blessed to have a special companion and best friend in her husband Brian. From day one, they knew they were meant for each other. Together, they were avid Denver Broncos fans, enjoyed special times with family, and loved and spoiled their dogs Zoe, Jaxson and Jezzi. A memorial service and reception celebrating her life will be held Friday, May 20 at 2 p.m. at Horan McConaty Funeral Home, 11150 E. Dartmouth Avenue (at Parker Road), Aurora.
