Survived by husband D.E. ""Hap""; nephew Buck (Nancy) Groom. Preceded in death by daughters Diane Sims at age 56 and Deborah Sue Hampton at age 7; brother Wallace Whilden; and sister Pat Wilson. Funeral Service, Wednesday, June 10, 2008 at 11 AM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road, in Centennial, Colorado. Interment follows at 12:30 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Pavilion ""B"", 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, Colorado.
