Mildred V. Kowalczyk, 96, of Lakewood, passed away. Survived by husband Lawrence; son, Fredric Marting; daughters, Wilma Henderson and Mildred Tucker; sisters, Lucy Burgess and Ruth Stalcup of Indiana. Funeral Mass, Wed., 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Polish Catholic Church.
