Mildred Joan Radke

Radke, Mildred (Joan), 73, of Thornton, crossed the gates to heaven on November 20, 2011 with her family by her side. Joan was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grand-mother, sister and friend to all she met. She was born in OH and moved to CO in 1956. Joan married her soulmate Donald Radke, where they shared 54 memorable years of loved-filled marriage. Don and Joan ran Don's Discs for more than 20 years in Thornton before they retired. She is survived by her husband Don; 2 daughters Debbie Tuttle and Candy Kammerzell; their respective spouses Gary and Robert; her 4 grandchildren Adam Woodward, Rachel Price, Donald Kammerzell, and Nicholas Woodward; their respective spouses Jami, Justin, and Brittany; her 2 great-grandsons Bradley Woodward and Bridger Price, her brothers Charles Smith and Tony Abdalla, and best friend Annie Maiselson. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 10 AM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel located at 9998 Grant Street in Thornton, CO.
