Molly Psyllas, 49, of Denver, Colorado was born September 9, 1971, and passed away on June 28, 2021 after a courageous seven-year battle against colon cancer. Molly will be remembered by so many people for being a loving and dedicated mother to her two sons, her contagious laugh and smile, her love of travel and fashion, and her loyalty and kindness to family and friends.
Molly is survived by her husband George, sons Petros and Stavros, mother Margaret “Margie” Larson, brother Casey Gulkin, sister Paige Jackson (Paul), father Daniel Danies (Beth Tate), grandmother Mrs. Carolyn “Coco” Brown Hackstaff, her in-laws Petros and Anastasia Psyllas and her step father John Larson. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7 at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral located at 4610 E Alameda Ave, Denver, CO 80246. Burial will take place at Fairmount Cemetery, 430 S Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Assumption Cathedral, 4610 E Alameda Ave, Denver, CO 80246 or Colon Cancer Research Alliance (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center).
