Nancy Dodds Cotton

Nancy Dodds Cotton, 81, died peacefully at her home on Friday, July 16, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Dr. Ralph L. Cotton of Denver, CO; three daughters, Diane C. Siemsen(David) of Oakdale, CA, Susan F. Cotton of Denver, CO, and Ann D. Cotton (Michael Smith) of Denver, CO; three beloved grandchildren, Peter, Sara and Jennie Siemsen of Oakdale, CA, and two brothers James and William Dodds. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jane, and an infant son, James Wallace. Nancy Dodds was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 17, 1928, raised in Birmingham, MI, studied in Boston, MA in her early twenties, and later moved to Denver in 1951, where she met and married Denver native and medical student Ralph Cotton. A private service will be held at the family home.
