Nancy Dizmang

Nancy Dizmang passed away at her home, in Arvada, CO, on the morning of Tuesday May 14, 2024, due to natural causes.   Nancy was 87 years old.  Nancy was born May 8, 1937 in Michigan to Albert Sauer and Rachel Marie Deines.

Nancy grew up in Saginaw, Michigan and her family moved to Colorado in 1947.

Nancy met Raymond Dizmang in 1951 and married him at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church on June 30, 1952.    She and Raymond had been married over 70 years before Raymond’s passing in June, 2023.

Nancy, worked as a model for Fashion Bar, in Denver and then got a degree in Office Administration from Front Range Community College and held numerous jobs in this field.   Her final employer was Pumps Inc. in Wheatridge in which she ran the accounting dept for many years.   After retiring from Pumps Inc., Nancy and her daughter Anette had a home cleaning business in which they met many wonderful customers.    

Nancy was very close to her husband Raymond and went on many trips with him to many lakes in the surrounding states on fishing trips and enjoyed seeing the world with him on trips to Australia and Hawaii.   She enjoyed dancing Polka’s with Raymond.   She loved spending time with her 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.   

Nancy is survived by her, daughter Anette (Curt Loomis), granddaughter Ni’cole, and grandson’s Robin, Tyler, Jeston and Brandon, sister Shirley Jackson, and numerous extended family members.  

Preceding her in death were her father Albert, mother Rachel, son Clinton, and sibling Butch Cooper.  

A public memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on June 21, at Peace Lutheran Church, 5675 Field St, Arvada, CO 80002.   This will be followed by a lunch gathering at her home at 9578 W. 53^rd. Ave., Arvada, CO 80002.
