Nancy Eicher

Nancy Darby Eicher, 81, passed away on March 9th, 2021 surrounded by her family.

She was the daughter of Paul and Josephine Darby, sister of Joan Hosley, Paul Darby Jr. and Carol Mitchell.

She married Lawrence (“Larry”) Eicher and the two of them enjoyed a truly international life.

They lived in Switzerland and traveled the world, instilling a love for education, fine food, travel and languages in their family.

Nancy was a trailblazer who worked full time and raised three children.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and worked in a medical diagnostic lab, was passionate about mitigating diseases, taking many classes at the CDC.

Nancy is survived by her three children, Scott Eicher, Leah Lewis and Paige Mulvey, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A celebration of life is being planned for July 2021. More details will be made available.
