Nancy Beth McCauley-Wright

January 28, 1951 — November 25, 2019

Nancy McCauley Wright, age 68 of Denver, Colorado passed away on Monday morning, November 25th, 2019 in Morrison, Colorado of a glioblastoma brain tumor. She passed peacefully in her home with her family by her side. She was born January 28th, 1951 in Denver Colorado to Betty and Vern Mahana .Nancy is survived by her husband of twenty years, Wynn Wright. Her Daughter Niki Lauer, Son-in-law Mark Lauer, Grandchildren Avery and Gage Lauer. Sister Polly Salter and Half-Brother Kelly Mahana. She was preceded in death by Brother Ted Mahana, Half-Brother Patrick Mahana, and parents Vern & Betty.

Nancy was a native to Colorado. She graduated from Lakewood high school. She spent her whole life in this beautiful state. As a young adult she married Don McCauley and had one child, Niki McCauley. Nancy started her career in real-estate at the age of 26. She loved selling homes, and the people she worked with. She eventually became a managing broker, and then started her own Real- Estate company with Metro Brokers.

Nancy was a Christian woman who loved to go fishing, camping, and riding trails on her ATV. Boating was also one of her favorite hobbies, spending a lot of time on their boat with her husband Wynn and her family. She also enjoyed golfing, and let's not forget her love for cruises and trips to Mexico! She was an amazing cook and loved to entertain family and friends at their home on the mountain. Nancy was a kind, loving person and fun to be around. She will be missed dearly, and will remain in our hearts forever.

Service will be held Monday, December 2nd at 1:00pm for Nancy's celebration of life at: Horan & McConaty, 5303 E. County Line Road, Centennial, Co 80122
