Nancy Tussey Whitford

Nancy Tussey Whitford, 78, of Aurora, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017. Born on January 31, 1939 in Brookville, IN, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Helen (Denton) Tussey. Nancy married Don Whitford on February 10, 1968 and together they shared 49 wonderful years of marriage. Nancy worked as a Human Resource Manager for Navigant International Travel Agency. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends and was a big Broncos fan. In addition to her husband, Don, Nancy is survived by her daughter, Michelle Wisler and her husband, Jay; her grandson’s, Jackson and Sam; her brother, Kirby Tussey. A Funeral Service for Nancy will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 11AM at University Park United Methodist Church, 2180 S University Blvd, Denver, CO 80210. A visitation will take place at 10AM in the church prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Colorado Chapter, 455 Sherman St. Denver, CO 80203.
