Neal David Schauer

Neal Schauer, 91, of Morrison, Colorado passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015. Neal lived a long life and enjoyed his family. He was born in Massachusetts and went to Purdue University and met his future wife, Norma, there. Norma and Neal had three children and settled in the south suburbs of Chicago after moving there from the east coast for his profession. He is survived by his daughter Barbara Beals and sons David Schauer and John Schauer: Grandchildren Timothy Beals, Jr., Christopher Beals, Joshua Beals, Noah Beals, Meghan Searcy, Nathaniel Beals: Fifteen Great-grandchildren. Neal came to live in Colorado so he could be near his family and receive the care he needed later in his life. He was a devoted Red Sox fan and devoted Purdue Boilermaker. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Two O'Clock in the Afternoon, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.
