Nellie Grace Rodriquez

Nellie Grace Rodriquez was born in LaSalle, Colorado on June 28, 1933 to Tony Aragon and Rose (Valasquez) Aragon, and passed away in Wheat Ridge, Colorado on March 2, 2017 at age 83. She is survived by her husband, Jesus Rodriquez, her children, Angel Barrientos, Charlene (Jose), Rosie Maestas-Rodriguez, and step-daughter, Barbara Jean. She is also survived by her sister, Tillie Morales, her twelve grandchildren, Donna, Russell, Sabrina, Rosa, Lisa, Fred, Angel, Marissa, James, April, Joseph, and Breanne, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Nellie was preceded in death by three sons, Joseph, Alfonso and Tony, her brother Tony Aragon, and her granddaughter, Charmaine Ortiz. Nellie was a loving contributor to many lives including numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, March 9th, from 4PM - 8PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM, Monday, March 13th at Saint Dominic Catholic Church, 3053 West 29th Avenue; Interment will take place at 12:30 PM, Fort Logan National Cemetery. Following the Interment at Fort Logan, please join the family for a reception at the V.F.W. Post #501, 4747 West Colfax Avenue. The reception will take place from 1PM - 3PM.
