Nils P. Gunderson

Nils P. Gunderson, 81 years of age of Hanahan, South Carolina formerly of Littleton and Aurora Colorado passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, January 22, 2013. Nils was born on July 10, 1931 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He was a veteran of the US armed forces having served both in the Navy as well as the Air Force during the Korean war. Nils was proceeded in death by his wife Mary H. Gunderson. He is survived by his son Theodore (Ted) Gunderson, daughter in law Glenda Gunderson, granddaughter Marie Alexandria N. Gunderson, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins all over the world. A Trisagion will be held on Sunday at 7PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 South Colorado Blvd. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11AM at Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4601 East Alameda Avenue.
