Norma ""Toni"" Foster

July 21, 1941 — September 25, 2018

Toni is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marshall Palmer Foster. Survivors include her children, Larry Foster, Gary Foster, Michael Foster and Steven Foster.
Seven Grandchildren and three Great-Grandchildren.
