Norman Dewey Carter, 89, passed away on November 29, 2017 surrounded by his loving family and wife of almost 61 years, Ann Carter. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 4th at 10am at Elmwood Baptist Church, 13100 East 144th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado 80601. Graveside Service to follow.
