Nova Joan Hoffman

Nova J. Hoffman, 80, of Broomfield, Colorado, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, surrounded at home by family and friends. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Nova is survived by sister, June (Wayne) Wyss; daughters, Janis (Greg) Riker, Karen Hoffman, Joyce Hoffman & Kay Murphy; sons, Darrel Hoffman & Neal (Cyndi) Hoffman; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Nova was preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Hoffman and son, Dale Hoffman. A retired registered nurse, Nova spent her time crocheting, reading and traveling. Nova cherished her family. The viewing will be held at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, 3031 West 144th Avenue, Broomfield, Colorado on Friday, May 27th at 3:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow the viewing at 4 p.m. Memorial services and burial will be held in October at the Concordia Gardens Cemetery in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
