Onofrio "Nof/Nofer" Bavaro

Preceded in death by his loving wife, Gloria Bavaro, and son, Nicholas "Nick" Bavaro. Survived by his daughter, Patricia (Patti Bavaro) Rankin and her husband, Gary Rankin; daughter-in-law Terri Bailey; grandson, Troy Rankin and his wife Kayla Young; granddaughter, Noelle Bailey; great grandchildren, Milo and Zella; several nieces, nephews and extended family. 

Nofer lived an amazing 100 years as a Colorado resident. He served in the US Navy and worked for the Burlington Northern railroad. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 21 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Denver. Burial will follow at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 1:30pm where Military Honors will be rendered. Please meet at Staging Area B.
