Beloved husband of Lucille for 76 years; father of Dennis (Kathleen) Penley, Linda (Larry) Kries, Karen (Dennis Richards) Boyd, Mary Ann Stare; grandfather of Laura (Mike) Springer, Lisa (Kyle) Moss, Alexander (Rachelle Jonck) Penley, Emily (Steve) Neal, Beth Stare, Greg (Adriane) Stare; great grandfather of Max Springer, Zoe Springer, Gavin Moss, Eleanor Moss, Charlotte Moss, Josephine Neal, Rosemary Neal, and Damien Stare. Memorial Service Thursday, December 22, 2011, 10am at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S Colorado Blvd., Denver. Interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery will follow, Staging Area B at 12:30pm.
