Palma Maria Conca passed away June 29, 2018. Preceded in death by husband Gennaro; children Frances, Gennaro Jr., Tina, Bruno Conca, Anna Melchior. Survived by children Palma Martens, Angelina (Tim) Singer, Assunta Wolfe; grandchildren Paul, Gennaro, Josh, Matteo Martens, Michael & Mark Melchior, Lisa, Lori, Christine Singer, Nichole, Tina, Alex Conca, D.J. Maestes, Shawna & Michael Wolfe; 15 great grandchildren. She and her husband came from Italy to America; the land of opportunity. They worked hard and raised a family and continued with their grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 2:00 PM and Rosary following at 3:00 PM in the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Funeral Mass will be Friday, July 6, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Jude Catholic Church, 9405 W. Florida Ave. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
