Patricia Rae Barrus, 36, passed away suddenly on November 11, 2015. Patti was born January 27, 1979 in Pocatello, Idaho to Raymond and Geraldine ""Geri"" Larsen Barrus. She learned of a Japanese legend that if she folded 1000 origami cranes she would be granted the wish of her heart. Patti loved her children and the wish that she longed for was a closer relationship with them. Her children were the most important people in her life. Patti attended Naropa University in Boulder Colorado. She was working on a degree in Psychology and Religious Studies. Her favorite class was Ikebana which is Japanese flower arranging. She had designed many beautiful arrangements. Patti also loved working with plants and beautified every place she lived with them. Patti will be truly missed.
