Pat passed away peacefully with family by her side on November 5, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Ronald; children, Dina (Larry) Dial, Ilene (Alan) Butler, and Sheila (Ben) Forker; 9 grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son, Shawn Trent, on May 13, 2007. Memorial Service will be Tuesday, November 13, 2012, 10:30 AM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada. Committal Service follows at Fort Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name may be made to: Exempla Lutheran Collier Hospice Center, 3210 Lutheran Pkwy., Wheat Ridge, 80033.
