Patricia Marie McCartin

Patricia ""Pat"" M. McCartin, Age 81, passed away April 24, 2014. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Thomas J. McCartin and brothers Robert and Charles Warner. She is survived by her children Tom (Pat), Brian (Jackie), Mary (Tony) Barrera, Chris (Agnes), Tim (Salli), Ann (Bob) Bowers, and Nancy; sister Christine Hilly; 13 grandchildren; 2 greatgrandchildren. She was born and raised in New York City of which she was very proud. Pat was an athlete, an avid sports fan, a lover of music and classic movies, seamstress, decorator, gardener, and church and community volunteer. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She had a lifelong devotion to her Roman Catholic faith with a daily recitation of the Rosary. She will be remembered for her big, beautiful smile, her twinkling blue eyes, her optimism, quick wit, wonderful sense of humor, and warm and friendly heart. Rosary, 7 PM Thursday at Horan & McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver. Funeral Mass 10 AM Friday at Most Precious Blood, 2250 S. Harrison St., Denver; private interment at Ft.
