Patricia Quinn

Patricia Agnes Quinn passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 85.  She was a long-time resident of Lakewood, Colorado where she and her husband Joseph Quinn raised a family.  They then moved to Castle Rock, Colorado to be closer to their children and grandchildren.  Patricia was born on March 16, 1937, in Denver, Colorado.  She graduated from Holy Family in Denver, Colorado.  She married her best friend and soul mate Joseph E. Quinn “Mike” in 1960. They were married 60 wonderful years.

Patricia most enjoyed being a wife and mother. She was a meticulous homemaker who loved nothing more than to make her house a home for everyone who entered. Everyone and anyone were welcome. Her famous meatloaf, mexican dish and spaghetti sauce with bay leaves filled our plates and warmed our hearts. We will never forget singing in the blue convertible love bug, people watching, and ice cream shakes. Our mom taught us to laugh, love and forgive. She had a sweet sense of humor and a contagious laugh. To know her was to love her.  She shared many memories throughout the years with her best friends better known as "The Clams" can't land a man. She loved to garden, read and was dad's right hand at the campground. We will always remember our mom's love for dad. Holding hands, taking long naps together, and front porch sitting. Dad playfully referred to mom as "Lynch". We will forever hold her in our hearts and pray that others will see a piece of her in each of us.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Quinn; son, Thomas “Tommy”; and her parents, Robert and Agnes Lynch.

She is survived by her children, Susan, Erin and Shannan (Kurtis); her grandchildren, Joseph (Jennifer), Emily (John), Jacob and Joshua; her great grandson, Quinton; and brother-in-law, Lorr.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2746 Fifth Street, Castle Rock, CO  80104. A Memorial Mass will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m.
