Patricia C. Regan

March 17, 1930 — December 25, 2010

80 of Greenwood Village, passed peacefully into eternal rest on December 25th, 2010 in her home surrounded by family. Pat was born March 17, 1930 to Marion and Albert Casey in Shaker Heights, Ohio. She attended Shaker Heights High School where she was active in various sports, class social chairwoman, and an honor roll student. At Northwestern University, Pat was a member of the Tri Delta House while continuing her passions for sports and social activities. Pat graduated from Northwestern University in 1952, began her career as an elementary school teacher and then worked as a legal secretary. In 1956, she met the love of her life – Cyril (Cy) Regan. The two married in 1964 in Shaker Heights prior to moving to Barrington, Illinois where their two children where born. The family then moved to Greenwood Village, Colorado in 1969, where they remain today. After moving to Colorado, Pat's focus became sports and the family. She was an avid bowler, golfer, skier and badminton player. To no avail, she also had an eternal desire for the Chicago Cubs to win the World Series. Pat was Cy's assistant in life and their children's sports. She also became a strong supporter of her husbands' activities in the Optimist Club of Monaco South once their children had moved on to college. Survivors include her husband Cyril V. Regan, brother Frank ""Mickey"" Casey and his wife Pat Casey of Florida; son Daniel O. (Kristin) Regan and daughter Erin B. (Todd) Jackson who both reside in Colorado. She also leaves behind grandchildren Connor, Catie and Kathleen, and Kiera and Trevor Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Jane C. Colley.
