Patricia ""Pat"" Tauer, 73, of Lakewood, Colorado passed away on September 24, 2012. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 28, 2012, 1:00 PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Committal to follow at Littleton Cemetery, 6155 South Prince Street, Littleton, Colorado 80210. Memorial contributions made in honor of Pat are suggested to the Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue, P.O.
