Tricia, also known as; Patty, Pat, Mom, Mama, Gram, Grandma and Gram Cracker was born in Denver, Colorado on November 1, 1937. Her favorite childhood memories were playing with friends in both Rafferty Gardens and Washington Park. Tricia loved sewing, camping, dancing, card games, sailing and being outdoors especially near water. Tricia was a Girl Scout from “Brownies” through 12th grade and her leader, Helen Redle, was a big influence in her life. Tricia was the valedictorian of her 8th grade class and in 1955 she graduated from Saint Francis de Sales High School. She attended Loretta Heights college for one year on a full scholarship.

Tricia married James Daniel Flood in 1957 and moved to San Diego where he was stationed in the Navy. Later they were stationed in Seattle and after his tour of service they moved back to Denver. Jim passed away in 1970.

In 1973, Tricia married Glenn Jesse Zepp. Glenn had a significant impact on the eternal destiny of generations to come both within our family and to countless others. She and Glenn enjoyed serving together as youth counselors each summer at Silver State Camp with their church, First Christian Church of Englewood. Glenn passed away in 2012.

Shortly thereafter, Tricia moved to Heather Gardens where she lived independently until her death on January 16, 2025, at the age of 87.
