Patrick Lewis Killough, age 59, passed away on June 27, 2007 after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his two sons, Bradley and Eric Killough of Centennial; his former wife and close friend, Olivia Armijo Killough; two brothers Mike Jonzen of Lynchburg, Virginia and Jerry Killough of Aledo, Texas; two sisters, Donna Morrison and Holly Eskridge of Arlington, Texas; many nieces and nephews; as well as many friends. Pat was born in Ft. Worth, Texas. He received a football scholarship to New Mexico State University and earned his degree in Business Administration. In college, in addition to playing football, he was active in student government as well as the business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. His career included work as an accountant, an auditor for the National Association of Securities Dealers, a telecommunications sales executive with US WEST and MCI, as well as managing his rental property. Pat had an active involvement in Promise Keepers, a Christian mens fellowship organization. He loved studying the bible and was a Christian role model--he walked the talk. Pat was a devoted father to Bradley and Eric. Important to him was celebrating every milestone in their lives. His sons remember him as a magnificent dad. He will truly be missed by all for his generosity, kindness, sense of humor and his optimism. A Celebration of Pat's Life will be held at Horan & McConaty, 5303 East County Line Road, in Centennial, CO on Friday, July 6, 2007, at 11:00 am.
