Patrick Wenino

On Thursday, March 14, 2019, Patrick F. Wenino, 64, loving husband and father of 3 children passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by family. Pat Wenino was born May 9, 1954, in Fargo, ND and was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wenino, and his mother Rosemary (Sattler) Wenino. Pat and Sherri (Engelstad) Wenino were married for 42 years and have 3 children, Brian (April) Wenino of Colorado, Bradley (Ashley) Wenino of Colorado, and Michelle (Wesley) Lomnicki of Illinois. Pat has 6 grandchildren he adored; Grace, Liam, Brooke, Kelly, Bryce and Addison.
Pat is also survived by his brother, James Wenino and sister, Sheree Jo Hatfield, both of Fargo, ND and 5 nephews and 2 nieces.

Pat grew up in Moorhead, MN and graduated from Moorhead High School in 1972 and went on to graduate from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. Pat and Sherri moved to Colorado in 1978 where their 3 children were born. Pat loved to snow ski and many weekends were spent in the mountains with his family. Another passion of Pat’s was fishing with his family and friends and many trips were made to his lake home in Minnesota and to Alaska for salmon fishing.

Pat was an entrepreneur/owner of several businesses in Colorado and enjoyed the business relationships/friendships he made during those many years.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later time this summer in Minnesota.
