Paul Steve Cusulos - January 4, 1919 through October 10, 2007. Paul was born to Lillian and Steve Cusulos in Sioux City, Iowa and grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota were he worked inand co-owned all four of his father's restaurants. He entered the NAVY in 1943, and that same year he married his loving wife of 64 years, Angeline Tsausi. During WWII he became an Aircraft Mechanic and was stationed at Pearl Harbor and two other Navy bases in California. After WWII he was honorable discharged and returned to Sioux Falls to continue his career as a restaurateur. In 1963, he moved his family to Denver, Colorado and opened and operated his last restaurant the Arcadian Steakhouse on Colorado Blvd until 1972. The same year he began a new career which he enjoyed for the next twenty years as a Bailiff for the Arapahoe County Court. Paul refused to accept retirement and began a part time career in sales at Sears for 15 years and also as a cook for 12 years at Economy Greek Market. His final career would be at the age of 82 when he worked at a golf course - a sport that he enjoyed his entire life. Paul grew up as an active Christian in the Greek Orthodox Church. He was a proud member of AHEPA, The Masons, and the EL JEBEL Shrine. What brought meaning to his life other than his faith was his family. He is survived by his loving wife Angeline, and their three sons Stephan and his wife Despi, Rev. Fr. John, and Larry and his wife Elaine Cusulos; also by their grandchildren Paul Chris and his wife Ursala, Paul David, Aleena and the impending birth this month of Madalyn Angeline Cusulos. He is preceded in death by his parents Lillian and Steve and his only brother Chris. The Trisagion Service will be at 7:00 pm Sunday, October 14, 2007, and Funeral Service at 11:00 am Monday, both at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
