Paul Grissom

It is with great sadness that the family of Paul H. Grissom announce his sudden passing on Thursday, May 26th, 2022, at the age of 84.

Paul will be lovingly remembered by his adoring wife, B. Elaine of 62 years; his daughters Paula, Pam, Kristi, and Kelli; grandchildren Lindsay, Jessica, and Tyler; two great granddaughters; as well as his sons-in-law Randy, who gave him much support in his final weeks, and Barron.

Paul was a machinist who built parts for the space shuttle and many military aircraft.   He loved gardening, fishing, watching Denver Bronco football games and mostly spending time with his family.  He was friendly and outgoing person who had a kind and compassionate spirit and was adored by many.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, mother Fern, grandmother Pauline and sister Margie.

A funeral service will take place at 10:00 AM on Monday June 6th, 2022, at Queen of Peace Catholic Parish with a reception to follow at the family's home.

The family wishes to send a special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff at St. Joseph Hospital for their wonderful care and compassion.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association to fund research for those fighting cardiovascular disease.
