Paul Leo Nimmerfroh

October 27, 1960 — November 8, 2012

Born and educated in Minnesota and a devout Vikings fan, Paul Leo Nimmerfroh's career as an environmental clean-up expert took place in Denver. He was a highly regarded and trusted business owner who lived the last three years in Granby and Grand Lake. Born on October 20, 1960 in Avoca, MN, Paul attended schools in Slayton, MN, and is a graduate of Slayton High School where he excelled in track and football. He attended the University of Minnesota. He passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2012. Paul is survived by Christi Kruse (Grand Lake), his soul mate, and two sons, Nicholas, 19 (Winter Park) and Hunter, 13 (Grand Lake). Other survivors include sisters, Kathy Venhuis, Patricia Nimmerfroh and Pamela Nimmerfroh, all of Minnesota; brother, David Bremer and stepfather Denny Bremer of Minnesota, and stepson, Andrew Sielski of Michigan. Other family members include Walter and Judy Kraus, (Aurora); Jodi Tompkins (Denver) and Steve Reimer (Chicago); Dick and Diane Reimer (Denver), and numerous nieces and nephews. Paul's wife, Lori, and his parents, Shirley and Arnie Nimmerfroh, preceded him in death. A celebration of his life will be held Friday, Nov. 16, at 10 a.m. at Peace with Christ Lutheran Church, 3290 S. Tower Rd., Aurora. A luncheon will follow the service.
