Polly passed away on August 3, 2014. There will be a Memorial Mass at St. Jude Catholic Church, 9405 West Florida Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 10 AM. Interment will be private at Fort Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, plese offer contributions to the charity of your choice.
