Pauline G. Skirvin

Pauline G. SKIRVIN of Aurora, died September 30, 2008. She was born July 21, 1913, at Elk Creek, MO. Her husband, Ernest W. Skirvin, preceded her in death in 1986. She earned advanced educational degrees. After teaching many years in Missouri, she continued her career in Colorado, retiring in 1977 from Aurora Public Schools. She taught thirty-four years. Immediate survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kaye and Harold Elliott; granddaughter, Paula Elliott; grandson and wife, Scott and Carla Elliott; twin great-grandsons, Brandon and Ryan Elliott, all of Aurora. A memorial service will be held at Cherry Creek Retirement Village, 14555 E. Hampden Ave in Aurora on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 2PM. Interment will be in Cabool, MO.
