Peggy Crandall

Peggy Ann Crandall passed away peacefully on May 27, 2022.  She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Marvin Crandall, son Jack Haley, daughter Trinity Om (aka Katie Haley), and two sisters, Linda Trost (William) and Judy Huntress (Thomas Jensen), two step-daughters Maribeth Thornton (Chris) and Lori Valerio.  She is also survived by two granddaughters, a grandson, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and goddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Eugene and Marian Waeckerle.

Peg and her husband travelled extensively within the United States, Caribbean and Overseas.  She was very artistic and enjoyed drawing and painting.  She was an active member of Kappa Delta sorority.  Peg was an advocate for caregivers and facilitated a Caregivers Support Group for fourteen years at Heritage Eagle Bend and also published a book titled Caregivers: Angels without Wings in 2004. Peg taught children with learning challenges for several years.  She was an active member of New Dawn Center for Spiritual Living.

She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Drury College in 1961 and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University in 1992.

Celebration of Life will be at Heritage Eagle Bend Clubhouse, 23155 East Heritage Parkway, Aurora, Colorado on Friday, June 17th at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family requested donations in Peggy's memory to your charity or organization of choice.
