Sister to Clifford Stout II and Nicole Stout. She was preceded in death by her mother, Blanche Maureen Stout and father, Clifford Stout I; brothers, Gary Louis, Monty Lee, and Tracy Lee Stout; sisters, Melissa and Melody Rose.

Partner in love to Tim Zession.

Penny worked in the bank systems for Alpine Bank and First Bank as an incoder. She was dear friends with her nurses Sarah Peters and Luz whom she would talk to at least three days a week. Those she loved the best would be sent a text with an inspirational quote telling them she loved them or wished them Happy Birthday.

She was loved by all of us and will be missed. God speed, Penny, you will be missed.
