Peter Antoniak

Peter Antoniak, age 83 of Centennial passed away on September 17, 2018. He was born in Estonia and came to the United States at the age of 18.

Peter is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Doris; son Spencer; daughter-in-law Lorna; grandchildren Rachel, Luke, Brandon, and Nick.

Peter served 20 years in the United States Air Force in many capacities, and was at the forefront of computer development and use for the NORAD defense systems. He served in many locations throughout the United States and Europe in his career, including a tour in Vietnam. Following his military career, Peter continued to work as a computer engineer until retiring.

He was an avid HAM operator, accomplished photographer, and continued to be passionately involved with home computing. Peter loved to barbeque with family and was always up for a road trip for a new adventure.

Peter was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 9770 Foothills Canyon Blvd., Highlands Ranch, CO 80129, on Sunday, September 23, at 12:30 p.m. Peter will be interred with military honors at Fort Logan National Cemetery at a later date.
